Q1: When is last order date?

We will take the last orders on January 16, 2012. We will keep our support until the last order is delivered and you will receive the order within a maximum of 24 days from the order date.
Q2: When is the last day I can order to get it in time for X-mas?

You will have to make the order by November 24th
Q3: What if there is an error in my last order?

You will still be able to contact us via email and phone and we will do anything we can to support you for as long as it takes.
Q4: What other customization offers does LEGO provide?
A4:
LEGO will have three customized experiences that we will continue to offer:

Hero Recon Team: You can customization your own HERO of HERO Factory bricks and get it sent to you together with a customized building instruction

Pick a Brick: You can hand pick the LEGO bricks one-by-one and get them sent to your home in a bag.

LDD: You can design and build your own LEGO models and display them in a public gallery
Q5: What will happen to the models I’ve already uploaded to the gallery?

No models will be deleted from the gallery – but the gallery itself will move from the Design byME website to the LEGO Digital Designer website.
